He was born in Pittsburgh on June 8, 1949, a son of the late Louis Lussky and Margaret (O’Neill) Lussky.
Following high school, Mark graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1971.
He then served in the United States Air Force in Florida, North Dakota and finished his career in New Mexico in 1979.
Mark then went back to college and became a Lawyer. He worked in the Marina Del Rey seaside community of Los Angeles, California. Lussky was a big supporter of the Democratic Party. In his spare time, he was an avid reader and loved riding his motorcycle.
He was also a published writer.
He is survived by one brother, Joseph Lussky of Brookville.
