Our Process
Our process is extensive, we understand that behind every video is a story. This is your story and one that needs to be told the best it can. Our strategic approach to producing marketing videos focuses on your goals and the envisioned response. We invite you to review our process and get a better sense of what to expect when working with us.
STEP 1
CONSULTATION
The first step in creating your marketing video is for us to listen. We will ask you a series of questions that will help us establish your overall strategy and how you see video fitting in. From there, we will determine expectations, such as distribution outlets, intended viewer response, etc. Next, we will evaluate how far along your project may already be- for example, has copy already been written, have graphics been created, do other assets already exist that can be brought into the production? Finally, we discuss budget and work with you to make sure that you get what you’re looking for while staying within the agreed to budget.
STEP 2
PRE-PRODUCTION
Pre-Production is where we collaborate with our partners and bring all the resources together ahead of time before any actual production begins. This can be copy writing, location scouting, story boarding, color schemes, etc. Each project is uniquely different and the amount of pre-production time will be determined during the consultation stage of our process.
STEP 3
PRODUCTION
This is where your vision starts to take shape and where all the raw assets are created, whether it be an on-location, studio or an animation, the actual creation of each scene has strategically been planned and is now implemented, down to the finest detail.
STEP 4
POST
This is where the magic happens and where your video project is now brought to life. Aspects fine-tuned in this step include color correction, editing visuals, music, sound, and graphics.

APPROVAL

STEP 6
DELIVERED
This can be two things. The first, your video asset delivered to you in the formats you request and transferred using your preferred medium. Second, if you have chosen GLOBALTISE as a cooperative marketing partner, we would also deliver and distribute your video to all the identified outlets that were discussed during the consultation stage, along with any reporting and analysis.
